Broadridge Financial Solutions has acquired Rockall, a provider of securities finance (SBL) and collateral management solutions for asset management companies and commercial banks.
The acquisition expands Broadridge’s core front-to-back office wealth capabilities and provides SBL and collateral management technology solutions that enable companies to manage risk and optimize their clients’ stocklending and financing needs.
The terms of the contract were not disclosed.
