The UK court will rule on exchange fees against Mastercard and Visa


The UK Supreme Court has decided to unanimously uphold an earlier Court of Appeal ruling finding that the multilateral exchange fees (MIF) set by US card issuing giants Mastercard and Visa are indeed anti-competitive.
