The combination of vulnerabilities led to massive data breaches at Desjardins

A data breach at Desjardins, a Canadian financial services cooperative, was caused by a number of gaps in administrative and technological security measures, according to an investigation by the Office of the Canadian Data Protection Commissioner (OPC).
